Sending out similar contracts or forms regularly can be a hassle—especially when the only option is to convert each document into a template first. That changes now. A new feature inside the Documents & Contracts section allows for fast, direct duplication of any document, saving you time and steps.

What’s New?
Previously, cloning a document required this process:
Convert the document into a template
Use that template to create a new document
Now, there’s a direct Clone option inside each document, letting you instantly duplicate it—no template needed.
How to Clone a Document
Follow these simple steps to create a copy of any existing document:
Navigate to Documents
Go to the main menu and click on:
Payments > Documents and Contracts > Dashboard
Choose the Document to Clone
Locate the document you want to duplicate from the list.
Use the Clone Option
Click on the three-dot menu (sub-menu options) next to the document.
Select Clone from the list.
View Your New Copy
A new document titled “[Original Document Name] Copy” will be automatically created and saved to your dashboard.
