Enhanced CSV Exports for Payments Are Here
How It Works
Gold Star Pro has rolled out major improvements to CSV exports across Transactions, Orders and Subscriptions. These updates focus on accuracy, consistency and clarity, especially for businesses that rely on exports for accounting, reconciliation and reporting.
Exports now include cleaner tax visibility, richer product level details and clearer payment status data. This makes it easier to understand exactly what was charged, what was paid, and how each transaction breaks down without manual cleanup.
All improvements apply automatically to CSV exports generated from Payments, Orders and Subscriptions.
How to Use
Go to Payments and open Transactions, Orders or Subscriptions.
Click the Export CSV button.
Download the enhanced file and open it in your preferred spreadsheet or accounting tool.
The updated export structure ensures consistent column ordering, improved formatting and more reliable data for reporting and automation.

Why This Matters
Financial reporting lives and dies by clean data. Before this update, exports could include inconsistent tax handling, unclear totals or formatting that required manual fixes. This release removes that friction.
Here is what’s improved:
• Clear separation between tax exclusive amounts and tax inclusive totals.
• Accurate subtotal and discount calculations at the product level.
• Consistent handling of invoice based and transaction based records.
• Better clarity between Amount Paid, Amount Due and processing fees.
• Reliable handling of zero values versus blank fields to prevent spreadsheet errors.
These changes make exports far more trustworthy for finance teams, bookkeepers and business owners.
Use Cases
• Reconciling payments with accounting software.
• Creating detailed revenue reports by product or subscription.
• Auditing transactions with accurate tax and discount data.
• Feeding clean data into BI tools or automated reporting pipelines.
With these improvements, CSV exports become a dependable source of truth instead of a cleanup project.
