Gold Star Pro now offers a powerful Reviews & Ratings feature for e-commerce stores, designed to increase customer engagement and build trust in your products. Store owners can enable and display product ratings and reviews, which are visible on both the product list and product details pages, offering new buyers valuable insights into previous customer experiences.

Enabling the Reviews & Ratings Feature in Your Store
To get started, store owners can activate the Reviews & Ratings feature directly from the settings:
Locate the Review Settings:
Go to your Gold Star Pro dashboard and find the Product settings area.Enable Display on Product Pages:
In your product settings, toggle the Show Reviews and Ratings option to display customer reviews and the average rating count.
This option can be set separately for both the Product List page and the Product Details page, giving flexibility in where reviews appear.
Customize the Ratings Count Display:
To control the visibility of the ratings count, use the Show Ratings Count toggle.
Enable or disable this option for a quick way to manage what details customers see at a glance.
How Customers Submit Reviews and Ratings
Customers can easily add feedback directly on the product details page, creating a streamlined and engaging experience. Here’s how it works:
Access the Review Section:
Customers can scroll to the bottom of a product’s details page to find the Reviews & Ratings area.Submit a Review:
Click Write a Review to open the submission form.
Required fields: Name and Email.
Optional fields: Contact Number, Headline, and Description for additional details.
Receive Submission Confirmation:
After submitting, customers will see a confirmation message. Reviews remain in a pending state until the store owner approves them, ensuring only curated feedback appears on the site.
Moderating Reviews as a Store Owner
Gold Star Pro makes it easy for store owners to moderate incoming reviews and decide what feedback appears live on the site.
Access the Reviews Dashboard:
In your dashboard, go to Payments > Products and select Reviews. Here, you’ll find all submitted reviews organized by status.Moderate New Reviews:
Pending Reviews: New submissions appear in the Pending section.
Actions: Store owners can choose to Approve, Unapprove, or Move to Trash individual reviews.
Bulk Actions: Perform actions on multiple reviews at once for efficient management.
Approved Reviews:
Approved reviews are published immediately and visible to customers on the product page.
Reply Feature: Store owners can reply to reviews by selecting the specific review, making it easy to interact directly with customers.
Sorting and Filtering Options:
Use filters to sort reviews by Time Frame, Ratings, Product Name, or Store Name, allowing quick navigation and targeted review management.

Star Color Customization: Change star colors directly in the builder preview to align with your brand colors.

Deleting Reviews
Store owners have the option to permanently delete reviews if needed:
Trash Section: Move reviews to the Trash in the Admin Preview.
Permanent Deletion: Reviews can only be deleted permanently from within the Trash.
