Step-by-Step Guide to Enabling Customer Access for Orders
1. Enable Order Confirmation Emails
To grant customers access to the Customer Access Center, start by enabling order confirmation emails. This email is essential as it contains the link customers need to view their order details.
Where to Enable: Go to
Payments > Settings > Notifications > Order Confirmation Email for Stores
.Action Required: Toggle the setting to "Enable" for your store’s order confirmation emails.
This email provides a secure "View Order" button that directs customers to the Customer Access Center.
2. Customer Login for Order Access
When customers receive the order confirmation email:
Click “View Order”: Customers can click the button in the email, taking them to the Customer Access Center login page.
Enter Email for OTP Verification: They must log in using the same email address used during checkout. Upon entry, an OTP will be sent to verify identity.
Access to Order Details: Once logged in, customers can view their order details, including fulfillment status and tracking.
3. Order Fulfillment Status and Tracking Details
After logging in, customers gain insight into the fulfillment process:
