Easier File Sharing with Documents

Easier File Sharing with Documents!

July 05, 20251 min read

Sending contracts just got a major upgrade. You can now attach supporting documents—like images or PDFs—directly to any document you send. Whether you're sending manually or through automation, your files will appear as real email attachments in the recipient's inbox.

This update makes it easier for your clients to receive everything they need in a single, clean email.

What’s New?

You can now:

  • Attach multiple files to any document

  • Use this inside both the Document Builder and Template Builder

  • Attachments are delivered as standard email attachments, making them easy for recipients to access and download

Supported File Types:

  • SVG

  • PNG

  • JPG

  • PDF
(Each file can be up to 15 MB)

How to Add Attachments Step by Step

1. Open the Document or Template

Head into the Document Builder or Template Builder and select the document you want to work on.

2. Locate the “Add Attachments” Option

In the left-hand panel under “Document settings,” find and click on Add Attachments.

3. Upload Your Files

You can drag and drop files directly or browse your computer to find them.

  • All uploads show progress in real-time

  • Remove a file anytime using the trash icon

4. Save Your Changes

Once your files are uploaded, click Save to lock in the attachments.

5. Send the Document

When you send the document—either manually or via a Workflow—the attachments go out with it as real email attachments. Recipients can download them straight from their inbox.

Why This Matters

Sending contracts and documents often involves extra back-and-forth to include images, diagrams, or additional paperwork. This new feature solves that by letting you bundle everything into one professional email.

Clients get everything they need up front—no confusion, no follow-ups.
