Gold Star Pro’s new Duplicate Management Tool makes it easy to find, review, and merge duplicate contacts — all from within the Contacts page.
You can now scan for duplicates by email, phone, or name, view potential matches in one place, and decide exactly which records to merge, reject, or keep.
The system supports scanning up to 10,000 duplicates at once, giving admins full control over large databases without slowing things down.
Once potential duplicates are identified, you can review them side by side with a detailed merge preview that highlights differences across every field.
Admins can merge up to 10 records in a single batch, or reject entries to exclude them from future scans.
How to Use
Go to Contacts → Manage Duplicates.
Choose your preferred match rule: Email, Phone, or Name.
Click Find Duplicates to start scanning.
Review the suggested duplicates and select which ones to merge.
Confirm your selections using the Merge Duplicates dialog.
Review your updated contact list — clean, organized, and up to date.
