Direct Your Triggers Anywhere You Want

Direct Your Triggers Anywhere You Want

How It Works

The Advanced Builder just got even smarter — you can now connect triggers directly to any action on your workflow canvas using Go-To Connections.

This means each trigger can define its own unique entry path, giving you more control over how different workflows start and run. Whether you’re handling multiple triggers in one automation or just keeping your setup clean, this feature brings flexibility and order to even the most complex journeys.

How to Use

  1. Open your workflow in Advanced Builder.

  2. Add your triggers and actions to the canvas.

  3. From each trigger, drag the Go-To connection to the specific action where it should begin.

  4. Adjust or reassign paths anytime by dragging the same connection to a new node.

  5. Save and publish your workflow when ready.

Each trigger now has its own clear start point, creating smoother, more maintainable automations.

Why This Matters

Before this update, workflows with multiple triggers could get messy — often duplicating paths or creating deep stacks of “if-else” conditions. Now, with Go-To Connections, each trigger can follow its own direct route, making logic cleaner, faster, and easier to understand.

You’ll spend less time troubleshooting and more time building dynamic, efficient automations that do exactly what you want.

It’s all about simplicity: fewer duplicates, cleaner logic, and total control over how each trigger behaves.

Use Cases

Multi-Trigger Automations: Run different starting points (like form submissions, tag additions, or purchases) within a single workflow.
Custom Client Journeys: Tailor how each lead enters your automation for personalized follow-ups.
Simplified Logic: Eliminate redundant workflows and keep everything contained in one clean visual canvas.
Agency Management: Build structured, easy-to-maintain workflows for clients with complex logic paths.

Go-To Connections give you the power to design smarter workflows — without the clutter.
