The new Template Library Integration gives you two flexible options for building campaigns:
Start from Scratch: Create a custom email design that perfectly fits your brand.
Choose from Templates: Browse a curated library of ready-to-use email templates designed for every industry and purpose.
This update saves time, simplifies setup, and gives you creative freedom whether you want a quick start or a completely personalized design.
How to Use
Go to Reputation → Settings → Email Requests.
Choose Create Email from Scratch or Template Library.
If using the library, browse templates by category or goal (e.g., promotions, events, reviews).
Select a design, edit the text and imagery, and customize it with your brand colors and logo.
Save and send — or reuse templates for future campaigns.
Templates are fully responsive and optimized for mobile, so your emails look great on any device.
