Gold Star Pro now gives you more control over your chat widgets with customizable message fields. This ensures every conversation starts with the right context—while keeping visitor details stored securely in your CRM.

How It Works

  • When you create a new chat widget, a pre-defined message field appears in the builder by default.

  • If your contact form already includes a message field, this one is optional.

  • If your contact form does not include a message field, the pre-defined field is required and comes with editable default text.

  • Visitors can always edit the pre-filled message before sending.

  • Saving and embedding the widget, as well as generating code, works smoothly across all cases.

How to Use

  1. Go to your Chat Widget Builder.

  2. Locate the Message Field section.

  3. Enter a custom pre-filled message that fits your use case.

  4. Save your widget and embed it where needed.
