How It Works
Managing shipping rates just got easier — Gold Star Pro now lets you create custom shipping profiles for different products, stores, or apps inside your ecommerce setup.
With this update, you can set specific shipping charges for individual products or categories while maintaining a general shipping profile as a fallback. Whether you’re selling across multiple regions, using app integrations, or managing large catalogs, this gives you full flexibility and control over how shipping costs are calculated.
How to Use
Go to Payments → Settings → Shipping & Delivery → Custom Profiles.
Click Add Custom Profile to create a new setup.
Define your profile details, including profile name, rate type, product selection, and assigned stores.
Add products or zones as needed to complete configuration.
Save and test your settings to confirm correct rate application.
Each product can only belong to one custom profile at a time, and any product not assigned to a specific profile will automatically use the General Shipping Profile as default.

Previously, all shipping charges were applied globally — making it difficult to tailor delivery costs for specific products or regions.
