Setting Up Quick Replies in Gold Star Pro

Setting up Quick Replies in Gold Star Pro’s workflow is simple and straightforward. Here’s how to get started:

Step 1: Access Quick Replies in the Workflow

  1. Open the workflow settings in Gold Star Pro.

  2. Navigate to the Facebook Interactive Messenger or Instagram Interactive Messenger action sections.

Step 2: Add and Customize Your Quick Replies

  1. Within the Interactive Messenger settings, choose Quick Replies as a feature to set up predefined responses.

  2. Configure up to 13 quick replies. Each reply can be up to 20 characters long.

  3. Make sure each reply is concise and relevant, as these will display on the customer’s interface for easy selection.

  • One-Time Tap: Quick Replies show up only on the most recent message, functioning as single-tap responses.

  • Message Display: Once selected, the chosen quick reply is highlighted in blue, appearing as a received message in the chat history for both parties. This provides clear visibility of the chosen option and maintains context in the conversation.

Channel-Specific Settings

  • Facebook: Quick Replies can be combined with buttons and images, offering flexibility in message options.

  • Instagram: Here, you can add either buttons or Quick Replies, but not both simultaneously. Quick Replies can only be included in messages without attachments.
