Conversation AI Gets Smarter About Follow-Ups
The Auto Follow-Up feature just got a major upgrade — it’s now smart enough to know when not to follow up.
This means no more unnecessary or awkward messages after a lead says “not interested” or already books an appointment. The system now reads the full conversation context and adjusts automatically.
How It Works
No setup required. Just enable Auto Follow-Up — the new enhancement is on by default.
Understands context. The AI analyzes tone, intent, and message meaning before sending any follow-up.
Stops at the right time. If the user declines, expresses frustration, or closes the conversation politely, it won’t follow up.
Cancels unnecessary follow-ups. If the conversation ends naturally, the system cancels future reminders automatically.
When It Won’t Follow Up
When the lead is disqualified (“Sorry, we don’t serve that area.”)
When the user shows disinterest (“Not interested,” “No thanks.”)
When someone declines an appointment (“I don’t want to book.”)
When the user expresses anger or frustration (“Stop texting me.”)
When the conversation ends naturally (“Thanks, that’s all I needed.”)
