How It Works
Go to Sites → Chat Widgets and open or create an All-in-One Chat Widget.
Under the Style tab, open the Chat Type dropdown.
Select any combination of:
Live Chat
SMS / Email
Voice AI
Facebook
Instagram
WhatsApp
Save your settings — only the selected channels will appear for website visitors.
