Centralized Domain Management Update

Centralized Domain Management Update!

April 06, 20252 min read

Domain management has taken a big leap forward. You can now access and manage every domain—whether for Funnels, Websites, Stores, Webinars, Blogs, Emails, Client Portals, or WordPress—from one centralized location. The new Domains settings page within each sub-account makes oversight, updates, and troubleshooting significantly more efficient.

This major update also expands support within the Connect a Domain flow, covering more product types like Email and WordPress. Here’s how to take full advantage of the new system.

What’s New?

All domains are now in one place.
From one page, users can manage everything related to their domains and subdomains. This includes:

  • Domain names and subdomains

  • Products linked to each domain

  • Domain-specific action items

  • Internal domain details like renewal dates

  • DNS visibility for external domains

This new centralized view brings structure and clarity to what was once a scattered process.

Step-by-Step: How to Use the New Domain Management

1. Access the Centralized Dashboard

  • Go to: Sub-account Settings > Domains

  • This is your new control center for domain oversight.

2. Review Connected Domains

From this dashboard, you’ll see:

  • A full list of domains (internal and external)

  • Subdomains associated with each

  • Which products are using each domain

  • Any pending configuration or updates

3. Understand the Domain Types

Domains are now clearly categorized:

  • Internal Domains – Purchased through the platform

  • External Domains – Connected from outside providers

Each type provides:

  • For Internal Domains: Status, expiration date, and auto-renew settings

  • For External Domains: DNS provider visibility and performance insights

4. Manage a Specific Domain

  • Click into any domain to see its linked products (e.g., Funnels, Websites, Emails)

  • Identify if any subdomain-specific configuration is needed

  • Adjust DNS records for internal domains directly within the platform

5. Connect a New Domain

  • Use the “Connect a Domain” button

  • Supports additional product types, including Email and WordPress

  • Offers a smooth connection process across all supported services

Why This Update Matters

Managing domains used to be complex and inefficient. Domains were split across various tools, creating room for errors and missed updates. With this centralized system, users benefit from:

  • Faster and simpler domain management

  • Support for more product types (Email, WordPress, etc.)

  • Better visibility into which domains power which tools

  • Easier action on pending tasks or configurations

Key Reminders

  • No setup required: Existing domains are automatically included in the new view

  • Stay proactive: Periodically check for any pending actions

  • Improved experience: External domains especially benefit from greater security and transparency

With this update, managing domains is no longer a chore—it’s streamlined, accessible, and built to scale with your needs. Whether you're connecting a new domain or reviewing existing ones, everything you need is now under one roof.
