Calendar Activity Log Enhancements!
Gold Star Pro has rolled out important updates to the Calendar Activity Logs, making it easier to track changes made by third-party calendar services. These enhancements improve transparency and ensure users have a clear record of event modifications.
What’s New?
1. Improved Third-Party Update Tracking
Changes made through Google Calendar, Outlook, or iCloud will now appear as “Updated by Third Party” instead of an unclear entry.
Updates made directly within Gold Star Pro will still show as “Updated by [User Name]”, ensuring clarity on who made the change.
2. Clearer Empty Activity Logs
If there are no logs for a selected date range or filter, an illustration will now appear instead of a blank screen.
This makes it visually clear that no activity has been recorded, reducing confusion.
3. Expanded Logging for Blocked Slots
Any changes to blocked time slots will now be logged.
This ensures users have a full record of schedule modifications, even when availability is blocked.
4. iCloud Upload Logs for Better Tracking
When an event is uploaded to iCloud, a new log entry will now appear as “Uploaded to iCloud”.
This ensures consistency across all calendar integrations.
Why These Updates Matter
These enhancements improve how event histories are displayed, making it easier to identify changes, track updates, and reduce support inquiries. With better logging and clearer labels, managing calendar events in Gold Star Pro is now more intuitive than ever.
