Buy Now Pay Later for PayPal!
We're excited to announce the latest feature now available for your online store's checkout process: PayPal Pay Later. This feature is a game-changer for businesses looking to offer flexible payment options to their customers, making the checkout experience more seamless and user-friendly.
What is PayPal Pay Later?
PayPal Pay Later is similar to other "Buy Now, Pay Later" (BNPL) options but integrated with PayPal. This feature allows customers to pay for their purchases in installments, providing more flexibility and increasing the likelihood of conversions at checkout.
How to Set Up PayPal Pay Later
This new feature is available for both one-step and two-step order forms, as well as for upsell purchases. However, it’s important to note that PayPal Pay Later is only applicable to one-time purchases and not available for recurring payments.
Here’s how to get started:
Navigate to Your Order Forms:
Open your order forms within your Gold Star Pro dashboard.
Enable PayPal Pay Later:
Ensure that PayPal is selected as a payment option on your form.
The Pay Later button will automatically appear below the standard PayPal button during checkout.
Customize Your Checkout Experience:
Review how the Pay Later option displays on both desktop and mobile views to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Why Use PayPal Pay Later?
Offering PayPal Pay Later on your checkout forms can significantly boost customer conversions. By providing an option to pay in installments, you cater to customers who may be hesitant to make large one-time payments, thus improving overall sales.
What’s Coming Next?
Looking ahead, there will be expanded PayPal functionalities, including tracking transactions for subscriptions and broader availability across all channels. This continued integration will further enhance the flexibility and reach of your payment options.
By adopting PayPal Pay Later now, you position your business ahead of the curve, offering an intuitive and flexible checkout experience that meets the needs of today's consumers.
