Better Oversight with Audit Logs

Better Oversight with Audit Logs!

May 12, 20252 min read

A new update has introduced Audit Logs to four essential modules: Funnels, Websites, Webinars, and Stores. These logs give you full visibility into how your digital assets are managed, updated, and maintained — making it easier than ever to track actions over time.

Whether someone edits a page, deletes a funnel, or reorders steps in a process, you’ll now have a time-stamped record to fall back on — all accessible within your account.

What Modules Now Have Audit Logs?

Audit Logs are now live in these areas:

  • Funnels

  • Websites

  • Webinars

  • Stores (eCommerce)

Each section has its own tab and filter set, so you can dig into the details that matter most — without any confusion or clutter.

What Actions Are Tracked?

Here’s a breakdown of exactly what’s being logged for each module:

Funnel and Page Actions

  • Funnel Delete

  • Funnel Settings Change

  • Funnel Settings Change (with domain removal)

  • Stats Reset

Step Actions

  • Step Edit

  • Step Reorder

  • Step Delete

  • Step Restore Variation

  • Step Delete Variation

  • Step Choose Split Test Winner

Folder Management

  • Folder Delete

  • Move to Folder

Page-Specific

  • Page Edit

Every log entry includes a timestamp and operation type, helping you see not just what changed, but also when and by whom.

Logs are stored for the past 60 days only.

How to Access Audit Logs

To view audit logs:

  1. Go to your account and navigate to Settings

  2. Select Audit Logs

  3. Use the module tabs or icons to toggle between Funnels, Websites, Webinars, and Stores

  4. Apply filters based on:

    • Module (e.g., Funnels, Websites)

    • Operation Type (Updated, Deleted, etc.)

    • Date/Time Range

This allows you to quickly zero in on relevant updates, whether you're auditing changes, reviewing team activity, or troubleshooting.

Why It Matters

Audit Logs bring transparency to your workflows. They help you:

  • Monitor changes made by team members

  • Troubleshoot errors or unexpected outcomes

  • Maintain accountability across your digital infrastructure

If you're managing multiple assets in Gold Star Pro, this feature is a must for keeping everything under control.
