Better Copy and Paste for Workflow Actions
How It Works
Gold Star Pro has improved the copy and paste experience inside workflows, making it easier to duplicate and reuse actions without losing your place or second guessing where things will land.
When you copy a workflow action, the system now shows clear visual indicators that highlight exactly where the action can be pasted. These visual paste guides follow you as you move through the workflow, switch to another workflow, or even open a different workflow tab.
You can also paste the same copied action multiple times without needing to copy it again, which is especially helpful when building larger or more complex automations.
How to Use
Open any workflow in the automation builder.
Click the action menu and choose Copy Action.
Move your cursor to where you want the action pasted.
Hover near the plus icon to paste the copied action instantly.
Repeat the paste step as many times as needed without re-copying.
A confirmation banner appears when an action is copied, then automatically hides after a few seconds to keep your workspace clean.

Workflow building often involves repeating the same actions across multiple paths. Previously, this meant extra clicks, re-copying actions, or accidentally pasting in the wrong spot.
