How It Works

You can now build workflows directly around your Company records in Gold Star Pro — not just Contacts or Custom Objects.

This means you can finally automate actions, updates, and communications that happen at the company level. Whether you’re managing multiple clients, tracking team performance, or syncing data between accounts, this update gives you the flexibility to automate smarter and work faster.

Instead of being limited to contact-based triggers, Company-Based Workflows respond to company events like new company creation, updates to company fields, or associations between companies and contacts.

How to Use

  1. Go to Automations → Workflows.

  2. Click Create Workflow → Company-Based Workflow.

  3. Add your trigger — for example, “When a Company is created” or “When a Company field changes.”

  4. Choose actions such as Create Company or Associated Record, Update Company Details, or Clear Fields of Company or Associated Contact.

  5. Save and activate your workflow to start automating instantly.

You can also connect these workflows to your existing Contact Workflows, making it easier than ever to keep related records in sync. For example, when a new company is added, you can automatically create or update its associated contact.
