With the new Basecamp Actions and Triggers, you can connect your project management and CRM workflows in one seamless system — automatically creating projects, assigning to-dos, and tracking progress the moment client activity happens.

This means less back-and-forth, fewer missed updates, and complete alignment between your sales and project teams.

How to Use

  1. In your workflow, search for Basecamp when adding a trigger or action.

  2. Choose your preferred trigger — like New To-Do, New Activity, or New Comment Added.

  3. Connect your Basecamp account when prompted.

  4. Select your action — such as Create Project, Add To-Do, or Update Message.

  5. Configure fields like project name, due date, assignee, and status.

  6. Save and activate your workflow — Gold Star Pro and Basecamp will now stay in sync automatically.

You can also access the integration anytime through Settings → Integrations → Basecamp.
