Managing call recordings can get overwhelming if they pile up unnecessarily. To simplify your workflow, Gold Star Pro now offers an automated call recording deletion feature. Here’s how you can enable and configure this option for your sub-account:

Step 1: Access the Settings

  1. Navigate to the Settings section within your sub-account.

  2. Locate the Phone Numbers and Voice Calls area.

Step 2: Enable Automatic Deletion

  1. Find the Call Recording section in the settings.

  2. Toggle on the Automatic Delete option.

Step 3: Set the Deletion Timeframe

  • Choose the number of days after which recordings will be deleted.

  • Options allow flexibility so you can tailor the setting to your needs.

What Happens Next?

Once activated, recordings older than the set timeframe will be permanently deleted. This "hard delete" ensures the data is completely removed, making room for new recordings without manual intervention.

How to Verify Deletion

  • If you’re wondering why a specific recording is missing, you can review the system log.

  • Deleted recordings will display a status like "Call Recording Deleted" to confirm the action.
