AI Knowledge Base Now Supports CSV & Excel Tables
The AI Knowledge Base in Gold Star Pro can now process and understand structured data from CSV and Excel (XLS/XLSX) files. That means you can upload spreadsheets like product lists, transaction data, pricing tables, or customer records — and your AI assistant can instantly query, interpret, and return insights from that data using natural language.
The system automatically detects schema, identifies column types, and structures your data for accurate and fast retrieval. This upgrade turns your Knowledge Base into a searchable, data-aware powerhouse — giving you access to both text-based and tabular intelligence in one place.
How to Use
Go to Knowledge Base → Table Data → Upload File.
Upload your CSV or Excel file (up to 100 MB, 20 columns, and 30,000 rows per location).
The system automatically analyzes and structures your data by detecting headers and column types.
Optionally configure which columns are searchable or required.
Once processed, your data becomes available for natural language queries like:
“Show me all transactions over $500 from last month” or
“List all customer orders for Product A.”

Why This Matters
Until now, the Knowledge Base worked best with unstructured text. With table support, it can now analyze structured information, helping you turn raw data into instant insights — no manual sorting or filtering required.
This update bridges the gap between documents and data, allowing your AI assistant to answer detailed, data-driven questions in real time. It’s faster, smarter, and built to scale across thousands of records.
Use Cases
• Agencies: Upload client reports, campaign metrics, or sales data for quick analysis.
• E-commerce Teams: Store product catalogs, pricing lists, and customer records.
• Educators: Manage student databases or performance tracking sheets.
• Finance Teams: Query transaction logs or summaries directly inside the Knowledge Base.
By supporting CSV and Excel files, Gold Star Pro’s AI Knowledge Base now gives you the flexibility to work with any kind of data — structured or unstructured — without leaving the platform.
