A Smoother Way to Manage Scoring Rules
How It Works
The Manage Scoring page inside Gold Star Pro has received a major design refresh — making it faster, cleaner, and far easier to use.
With a simplified layout and improved performance, you can now review and adjust your scoring rules with greater clarity and consistency.
The redesigned interface improves readability and reduces visual clutter, allowing teams to focus on what matters: fine-tuning how contacts and actions are scored across your workflows.
The update also introduces smarter URL behavior — shared links now remember your search, filters, and page position.
That means when you send a teammate a scoring page link, they’ll land on the exact same filtered view, streamlining collaboration and review.
How to Use
Go to Conversations → Manage Scoring.
View your list of scoring rules, or click Add New Rule to create one.
Define your conditions — for example, Email Opened, Link Clicked, or Form Submitted.
Assign point values and click Save.
Share the page with teammates — your filters and view will stay consistent for everyone.

Why This Matters
Scoring systems are key to understanding engagement — but they’re only useful if they’re easy to manage.
This update removes friction from that process with faster load times, smarter sharing, and a modern layout that feels effortless to use.
Your team can now collaborate in real time on scoring strategies without needing to reapply filters or search again — saving time and ensuring everyone’s working from the same data.
With this refresh, Gold Star Pro makes it simpler than ever to maintain accurate, consistent scoring across your automations.
